STEP Property

Stirling Enterprise Park, the former John Player cigarette factory, is a dynamic workspace and Business Centre housing 75 tenant businesses in 120 units and offices.

Over the years STEP in partnership with other Agencies, including Stirling Council, have invested in the ownership and management of other property developments including Stirling Business Centre at Wellgreen and Enterprise House at Springkerse Business Park. 

In total, including the STEP development, there are 240 office and work space units under STEP's management housing 160 tenant businesses, occupying in excess of 125,000 sq. ft. (11,600 sq.mtrs.)

The diversity of tenants is immense and includes high-tech companies, manufacturing, giftware, light engineering, leisure, service, picture framing, sign writing, graphic design, IT professionals, etc.

Office and workspace accommodation with unit sizes from 200 to 5,500 sq. ft. on flexible leasing terms (minimum 12 months). 

Services on site include extensive free parking, reception services, maintenance and janitorial service, toilets, refuse disposal, security patrols, fire alarm system and meeting and conference room hire together with easy access to all of STEP's Business Support Services covered in the other sections of this web address.

Enterprise House

 

 

Enterprise House is located within the Springkerse Business Park, neighbouring Forthbank Stadium and the Springkerse Retail Park.  Offices range from 240 to 1,200 sq.ft. with flexible lease terms (minimum 12 months).

Conference and Meeting Room Facilities

Conference and Meeting Room facilities are available at all three locations and can be hired by tenants and non-tenants on an hourly, half-daily or daily basis.  A variety of sizes of rooms is available from small interview rooms which seat up to 4 people to a large conference room which seats up to 60 people theatre style.  Equipment available for use in the conference / meeting rooms includes television, video, DVD player, slide projector, overhead projector and flip-charts.  Catering services can be arranged on request to suit your requirements.  Multi-media equipment (fixed and portable) are available at an additional charge.  Contact us for details of charges and availability.

Business Address Facility

A Business Address Facility is offered at Stirling Enterprise Park.  The Service includes use of STEP's address, telephone and fax number.  We will take messages for you and forward mail to you.  Users of the business address facility also have access to STEP's other reception services such as typing, faxing and photocopying.
